CANCELLATION POLICY
Things happen, trust me, we GET IT! The kids are sick, life gets busy, something fun comes up… However… Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to 100% cancellation fee, but no less than 50% of the cost of scheduled service. This includes a missed and no-show appointments. In the occurrence of a late arrival, services will be adjusted according to the service time remaining and total scheduled service will be charged at checkout.

She is a blonde specialist, master extension, technician and expert in custom hairpieces. With advanced training and years of hands-on experience, she is passionate about helping clients achieve their hair of their dreams – whether that means brighter, healthier blondes, fuller volume through extensions or the confidence that comes as a perfectly customized hairpiece. Every appointment is designed around each client’s unique needs, blending technical mastery with a personalized, luxury experience that leaves them feeling radiant, confident and cared for. Every appointment begins with a thoughtful consultation to create a personalized “hair plan” that aligns with each clients lifestyle and goals. Education is a key part of her process – she ensures every guest leaves confident in recreating their look at home. Known for her approachable expertise and dedication to self – care, Cybele creates an experience that goes beyond gorgeous hair, leaving clients with renewed confidence and lasting results.
