CANCELLATION POLICY
Thing happen, trust me, we GET IT! The kids are sick, life gets busy, something fun comes up… However… Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to 100% cancellation fee, but no less than 50% of the cost of scheduled service. This includes a missed and no-show appointments. In the occurrence of a late arrival, services will be adjusted according to the service time remaining and total scheduled service will be charged at checkout.
